Great products, but warranty process could be clearer

I was really excited to order the SORAYA 2 during their last sale. The discount I got from signing up for the newsletter made it a much more appealing purchase. I ordered the F1S V3 a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. It said it would ship in 3-5 days, but it took about 8 business days to actually leave the warehouse, which was a bit of a bummer. Once it shipped, delivery was pretty quick, got it two days earlier than the tracking said. The F1S V3 itself is good quality, feels sturdy and the materials are nice. Cleaning is easy too. I had a question about charging it and customer support replied within a day. Overall, a solid product experience, just wish shipping had been faster to start.

Yeah, I think it's 1 year for returns if it's unused and unopened, or if it's defective. For hygiene reasons, you probably can't return an opened one just because you didn't like it, afaik.
